    Circumcision = genital mutilation

    Lulz @ the guy who says “normal” depends on where people are born (the same argument supports female genital mutilation based on cultural norms).

    Lulz @ superstition, based on “cultural and religious beliefs,” being the guiding principle in deciding upon male genital mutilation.
