Toronto Mayor Rob Ford withdrew from the mayoral race Friday to focus on his health as he seeks treatment for a tumour. It was announced later that his brother, Councillor Doug Ford will be running in his place. Rob Ford will be running for councillor of Ward 2, Etobicoke North, which is his old seat.
