From Nov. 16-19, the Assyrian Chaldean Syriac Students’ Union (ACSSU) camped outside Ryerson’s SCC in a tent to emulate the life of a refugee/displaced person living in Iraq or Syria. Electronics were only used for emergency, and food was only consumed upon donation.
