Toronto Metropolitan University's Independent Student Newspaper Since 1967

A look inside small room lined with floor to ceiling shelves, full of large stacks of newspapers. At the back of the room is a shelf with blue books labelled as "Eyeopener" with different dates. The room is poorly lit but cozy.

    Is there anything before 1997?

  2. I was the editor from ’95-’96 and would love to see those issues online — if the gap is paper copies, I have my ridiculously huge hardbacks that I could happily loan out for the cause.

I would love to see archives from 85-88. I was the photo editor from 86-88. I can provide some hard copies and books for copying.

  4. If at all possible, it would be interesting (in a nostalgic and historical sort of way) to be able to see 1970’s issues. Yes, those crews (editors, writers, photographers and hangers-on) are grey and have time to reflect and hango on the memories of the Eye…..back in the day.
