Ryerson’s campus radio station held fundFEST, their annual fundraising drive last week. Between Oct. 26 and Nov. 4 CKLN 88.1 FM surpassed their $125,000 goal.
“We appreciate every donation from $5 to $1,000,” said CKLN station manager Conrad Collaco. “The money will help CKLN pay for staff wages, general operating expenses, new equipment and maintenance.”
Listeners donated money in exchange for CDs, records, CKLN clothing, record bags, gift certificates and many other prizes.
CKLN will continue to accept donations until Christmas.
