Former host of Q on CBC, Jian Ghomeshi, has been charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of overcome resistance—choking.

According to his lawyer, he will be pleading not guilty to all charges.

Ghomeshi was released on $100,000 bail shortly after being arrested by Toronto Police on Nov. 26.
