VIDEO: Drizzy Drake on campus

If you didn’t get to see Drake at Ryerson’s Week of Welcome concert, we caught the event on camera, because we love you.

On Friday, Sept. 11th, Ryerson University filled Gould street with almost 7,000 students from Ryerson and George Brown College for the Week of Welcome frosh concert. Organized by the Ryerson Student’s Union, the event featured P Reign, Zeds Dead and the headliner, Future. But Future’s performance was interrupted by a special guest that created insanity amongst the already hyped up crowd. Drake caught a plane from the US Open in New York to come to Toronto and play a few songs at Ryerson. If that wasn’t enough, Twitter sensation and Toronto city councillor, Norm Kelly, made an appearance on stage with Drake for the first time ever.

The event went viral instantly as social media exploded with photos and posts of the 6ix God himself.
