Food. We need it to function. But if you’re a Ryerson student, looking for food that’s tasty, cheap and close to campus can be a difficult task. This year, however, the university is hoping to solve this problem by introducing Ryerson Eats.

It’s the school’s newest food service that promises the campus community with low-priced, delicious meals produced from “Ontario-sourced” ingredients. While this all sounds like an innovative approach to school food, it also sounds too good to be true. So, we had three individuals do a blind taste test, comparing meals from the school with similar meals from restaurants near Ryerson.
