Theanna Vernon had a match-high 15 kills and six solo blocks, Julie Longman led the defence with 14 digs and Kate McIlmoyle had 37 assists as Ryerson’s women’s volleyball team overcame a single-set deficit to beat the Guelph Gryphons 3-1 (21-25, 25-7, 25-20, 25-15) at the Mattamy Athletic Centre on Friday night.
