I just read your last feature (From Spider-Man to Eightball, Aug. 30) but I think missed something: you didn’t mention the comic shops in the Ryerson area. Seeing as you are the Ryerson paper, that’s a glaring error.
Three comic shops are steps away from Ryerson: the Comic Shoppe, 1,000,000 Comics, and Hairy Tarantula. I have been getting my weekly comic “fix” at the Hairy Tarantula for several years now. A quick shot of Spider-Man or Daredevil between classes is just what I need to keep me sane until the end of the day.
