Services referendum passed

The referendum to decide if students want to pay $50 for maintaining current services was given the green light by Ryerson’s Board of Governors.

“There was a thorough discussion about the referendum and how to best prepare for it,” said RyeSAC president Paul Cheevers, a member of the board. “We want to make sure students know exactly what they are voting for.”

The referendum will take place on Wednesday October 25. Check The Eyeopener’s pre-referendum issue for all the details
