Ryerson’s women’s basketball team halted its dreadful habit of blowing second-half leads last weekend and came from behind to win twice.
Against York, Friday night, the Rams glided to a 70-59 win. Saturday night, a 10-1 run with 10 minutes to go, lifted the Rams past to help them Queen’s 55-51.
The Rams record improves to 6-8, good for fourth place and the final playoff spot in the OUA East division.
This weekend Ryerson plays host to Concordia Stingers, Friday night and McGill Marlets, Saturday. Both games are at 6 p.m. in Kerr gym.
