Ryerson was able to refocus themselves during a timeout, with them battling back with a 13-5 run to ultimately take a commanding 2-0 set lead.
After a tough five-set game against their crosstown rivals on Friday, the Rams were able to stay stick to their strengths and finish their Saturday night match-up in commanding fashion. It was a necessary win for the Rams, with the Excalibur sitting in second-last place in the OUA East after falling to a 2-5 record tonight. The Rams proved to be the better and stronger team, beating the Excalibur 34-24 in kills, while also committing 6 fewer errors.
