Members of Ryerson’s anime club got together on Feb. 27 to explore the art of Cosplay.
People who participate in Cosplay, short for “costume play,” dress up in outfits, makeup and accessories to portray a certain character or idea. Many Cosplayers partake in roleplaying — most of which happens in a non-theatre setting.
This workshop happened as part of anime awareness week.
